*Carlos Alfredo N, de 21 años de edad, contratado por Facebook, cobraría 1 mil dólares por el crimen
Tijuana, B. C., 17 de Febrero de 2016.- Los operativos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal (SSPM) para incrementar la vigilancia en las zonas Centro y Norte, de nueva cuenta dieron resultados positivos al capturar en flagrancia, la tarde de ayer, a un probable homicida.
El detenido manifestó que fue contratado por medio de una página de Facebook y que le pagarían 1 mil dólares por cometer el crimen.
Se trata de Carlos Alfredo N, de 21 años de edad, a quien policías municipales le aseguraron un arma de fuego calibre .45, abastecida con siete cartuchos, con la cual provocó la muerte de Rey N, de 36 años, en la plaza Bicentenario, de calle Segunda y avenida Niños Héroes.
Con el objetivo primordial de fortalecer la tranquilidad de vecinos, comerciante y transeúntes en las áreas mencionadas, la SSPM diseñó acciones estratégicas que son revisadas y modificadas constantemente para mantener su efectividad.
Medidas de prevención como los operativos Tijuana, Comercio Seguro, Álamo y Orión –estos últimos coordinados con la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional lo mismo que la Base de Operaciones Mixtas (BOM)−, algunos con apoyo de la Unidad Canina (K-9), en forma permanente recorren vialidades, centros comerciales y puntos de atención, y están listos para intervenir en cualquier eventualidad.
Así ocurrió la tarde de ayer. Carlos Alfredo N fue asegurado por la Policía Municipal cuando pretendía huir del lugar después de atacar a una persona y empuñando aún el arma de fuego.
Con comandos verbales los oficiales asignados al distrito Zona Centro, que llegaron en muy breve tiempo, le indicaron que la arrojara al suelo y luego lo detuvieron.
Posteriormente el juez municipal puso al detenido a disposición de la autoridad investigadora competente.
