Tijuana, B. C., 26 de Mayo de 2015.- Desde anoche la Policía Municipal y Bomberos así como Rescatistas en Playas de Tijuana, comenzaron a notar el éxodo de miles de especies de langosta del mar hacia la arena.
Hoy amanecieron por miles, la mayoría de ellas vivas, que se encuentran entre el área de “Los Arcos” y hasta La Perla en Playas de Tijuana.
En las últimas semanas hemos experimentado diversas conductas de la fauna marina que se encuentra influenciada por ciertos fenómenos como corriente de mar de fondo y por cambios climáticos entre otras causas naturales que están alterando y desorientando el comportamiento de ciertas especies.
Es por eso que SSPM y Rescatistas de la Dirección de Bomberos hacen un llamado a todas las personas y principalmente a aquellas que habitan en la zona de Playas de Tijuana para que acudan a la Torre de los rescatistas a fin de que se coordinen en el apoyo ciudadano de retornar langostas al mar.
Los ciudadanos interesados deben acudir con cubetas o contenedores y su tarea consiste en apoyar que las langostas puedan volver a su hábitat y así evitar que éstas mueran.
Como la especie que está saliendo por miles es una especie codiciada en el mercado de la gastronomía por tratarse de las famosas “Baby Lobsters”, se encuentra un operativo de apoyo de vigilancia a fin de inhibir el saqueo, por parte de personas que pudieran acercarse con otros propósitos a la Playa.
SSPM solicita el apoyo de los medios de comunicación para convocar a ciudadanos que estén interesados en esta tarea la cual durará hasta regresar a la última de las especies que se encuentra en la arena.
