TIJUANA, B.C.- Lunes 9 de noviembre del 2015.- Identificar y proponer los cursos que sean de interés o necesarios para el logro de los objetivos trazados en cada una de las dependencias estatales, fue el propósito del taller “Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación”, que promovió en días pasados la administración que encabeza el Gobernador Francisco “Kiko” Vega de Lamadrid, como parte de las acciones de fortalecimiento del área de profesionalización y desarrollo de la Oficialía Mayor (OM).
El Delegado de OM en Tijuana, Manuel González Reyes, indicó que a través de este tipo de acciones los servidores públicos adquirieron las herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo un análisis a fin de conformar el Programa Anual de Capacitación 2016.
Explicó que el taller estuvo impartido por Tonantzin Martínez Valdez, integrante del Centro de Profesionalización y Desarrollo del Capital Humano de Oficialía Mayor; y participaron representantes de las Secretarías General de Gobierno (SGG); de Seguridad Pública del Estado (SSPE); de Pesca y Acuacultura (SEPESCA); de Desarrollo Social (SEDESOE); del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), así como de la Procuraduría General de Justicia de Estado (PGJE) y del Registro Público de la Propiedad y de Comercio (RPPC).
