• Personal de la Dirección de Protección Civil y de la Dirección de Administración Urbana (DAU), constataron que la empresa concesionaria ha incumplido reiteradamente con el exhorto de reparar diversas fallas estructurales, lo cual pone en peligro la integridad de los usuarios

 ESTACIONAMIENTOTijuana, B.C., 18 de septiembre de 2015.- El Ayuntamiento de Tijuana procedió a clausurar indefinidamente las operaciones del estacionamiento subterráneo ubicado a un costado de Palacio Municipal, debido a que la empresa no ha atendido la recomendación de la autoridad para reparar fallas en la estructura y corregir errores de construcción.

 

El 7 de octubre de 2014, el gobierno de la ciudad clausuró el segundo nivel y la cuarta parte del primer nivel de dicho inmueble, debido a que presentaban fallas estructurales visibles. En esa ocasión, se estableció un período máximo de 60 días para que la concesionaria reparara las afectaciones, atendiendo el problema de forma integral.

 

Peritos de la Dirección de Protección Civil y de la Dirección de Administración Urbana (DAU) se presentaron en el estacionamiento esta tarde, y constataron que las fallas y grietas persistían -casi un año después de la clausura anterior-, y que en algunas partes del estacionamiento hay desniveles más pronunciados, goteras y levantamiento del concreto de los muros debido a la presión ocasionada por el hundimiento.

 

El director de Protección Civil, Juan Carlos Méndez Torres, explicó que se procedió a la clausura total del inmueble, toda vez que no se atendieron las recomendaciones de la autoridad municipal por parte de la empresa que opera el negocio.

 

Méndez Torres indicó que se notificó a la Administradora de Obras y Concesiones S. A. de C. V., que el inmueble debe permanecer inoperante, hasta que se demuestre haber realizado la totalidad de las reparaciones, que garanticen una estructura que no ponga en riesgo la integridad de los usuarios ni de los tijuanenses.
