TIJUANA, B.C., A 11 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2015.- La Subprocuraduría de Zona Tijuana a través de la Unidad de Aprehensiones y Mandatos Judiciales de la Policía Ministerial del Estado en Tijuana, cumplimentó una orden de aprehensión en contra de un hombre por su probable responsabilidad en delito de abuso sexual a menores de 14 años o incapaces.
El Juzgado Sexto de lo Penal libró la orden de aprehensión en contra del hoy indiciado quien responde al nombreDaniel, alias “El Charro’’ de 48 años de edad, originario de Sonora.
Los hechos en los que se le relacionan ocurrieron en el año 2012. La menor manifestó que estaba en su casa y que para ir a la tienda tenía que pasar por unas escaleras que están a un lado de la casa de Daniel, a quien únicamente saludaba de palabra.
Al momento de bajar las escaleras, el indiciado le llamó a la ofendida para decirle que le iba a dar un documento para que se lo entregara a su mamá, ella se acercó a la puerta y con engaños la hizo pasar hasta la recamara donde abusó sexualmente de ella.
La menor salió corriendo y después le contó a su prima, ya que le daba vergüenza contarle a su madre. Pasaron varios días y cuando la víctima y su prima se encontraban jugando afuera de la casa a las escondidas, la menor se metió a un baño que se encontraba al lado de su casa para esconderse y es cuando Daniel se metió y cerró la puerta para volver a agredirla sexualmente.
La prima de la ofendida le contó a su mamá lo que había sucedido, y fue así que ambas acudieron al Ministerio Público a interponer la denuncia correspondiente. A la víctima se le practicó un dictamen en materia sicológica donde se concluyó que sí presenta afectación emocional por los hechos antes referidos.
Daniel, alias “El Charro’’ fue aprehendido por agentes de la Policía Ministerial e internado en la Penitenciaria de La Mesa en Tijuana a disposición del Juzgado Sexto dentro de la Causa Penal 682/2014, para determinará su situación legal.
