DETENIDO PEPTIJUANA, B.C., a 17 de Julio de 2015.- Agentes de la Policía Estatal Preventiva (PEP)  detuvieron a dos presuntos narcotraficantes que al momento de ser intervenidos se portaban armas de fuego, aproximadamente 510 gramos de “cristal” y más de 22 kilos de marihuana.

La denuncia anónima de un ciudadano fue lo que alertó a un grupo de policías estatales preventivos sobre la presencia de varios sujetos armados en la privada Jacaranda, del fraccionamiento Urbi Villa del Álamo.

De inmediato los agentes de la PEP se trasladaron al sitio indicado por el denunciante, ahí ubicaron a un sujeto que coincidía con ciertas características proporcionadas en la denuncia, al igual que un vehículo Jeep Cherokee modelo 1999, de color negro, con placas de circulación AKJ9672.

Dicho sujeto sostenía lo que al parecer era un arma de fuego, misma que puso en el suelo en seguimiento a las indicaciones de los policías, dicha arma era de calibre .25 y estaba abastecida con 6 cartuchos útiles.

El individuo fue identificado como Marco Antonio Morga Cruz, de 25 años de edad, originario de Tijuana, Baja California, a quien también le fueron asegurados 80 envoltorios con “cristal” que llevaba en su poder.

Simultáneamente otro elemento de la corporación aseguró a un sujeto que estaba del lado de conductor del Jeep Cherokee, este dijo llamarse Erick Andrés López Bueno, alías “El Muñeco”, de 32 años, oriundo de Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Fue al inspeccionar el interior del vehículo que los estatales preventivos hallaron dentro un arma de fuego calibre 30 abastecida con 11 cartuchos útiles y una bolsa de plástico con “cristal” que contenían mil envoltorios con “cristal”.

Mientras que en la parte trasera del Jeep Cherokee se localizaron 36 paquetes con una hierba verde y seca parecida a la marihuana.

El enervante arrojó un peso total de 22 kilos 880 gramos mientras que el cristal decomisado dio un peso aproximado de 510 gramos.

Con motivo de lo anterior Marco Antonio Morga Cruz y Erick Andrés López Bueno fueron detenidos, y junto con lo decomisado puestos a disposición del Agente del Ministerio Público del Fuero Federal.   ​
