 FOTOGRAFOS ROSARITOPlayas de Rosarito BC, 13 de julio de 2015.- Con una muestra de 20 fotografías que exhiben paisajes emblemáticos, lugares y momentos irrepetibles de Playas de Rosarito, se llevó a cabo este día la inauguración de la exposición itinerante “Rosarito, 10 fotógrafos”, en la Explanada Interior de Palacio Municipal; encabezada por el Presidente Municipal, Silvano Abarca Macklis.

 

Durante la ceremonia, el Alcalde Silvano Abarca destacó que esta muestra se llevó a cabo bajo la organización de la Asociación Civil “Art Fest”, a cargo de Benito del Águila Malvaez, y tiene un profundo significado para la administración, pues refleja lo que en esencia es el Quinto Municipio: un destino turístico con hermosos atardeceres y con una riqueza natural, además del desarrollo de la industria y el trato amable de su gente.

 

Afirmó también que la comunidad artística de la localidad posee un gran talento que se debe de impulsar, por lo que propuso la realización de un concurso fotográfico en próximas fechas organizado por el Departamento de Acción Cívica de la mano con los directivos del “Art Fest”, a fin de estimular la creación de fotógrafos y al mismo tiempo para que los ganadores formen parte de una campaña turística en el Ayuntamiento.

 

El Director del “Art Fest”, Benito del Águila Malvaez, presente en el evento, agradeció el interés del Alcalde Silvano Abarca en trabajar de la mano para promover la realización de este concurso y, a su vez, se comprometió a ampliar la colaboración con el Ayuntamiento para promover a los artistas locales en distintos foros, tanto dentro como fuera del municipio.

 

Recordó que la exposición “Rosarito, 10 fotógrafos”, hecha también con el apoyo del Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (Conaculta), estuvo exhibiéndose durante 10 días en las instalaciones del Instituto Municipal de Arte y Cultura (IMAC), en el Parque Abelardo L. Rodríguez de esta ciudad; de igual manera, dijo que permanecerá en exhibición durante toda esta semana en el Patio Central de Palacio Municipal; y posteriormente, continuará su recorrido para llegar a centros comerciales y hoteles de la Zona Centro.

 

A la ceremonia de inauguración acudieron como invitados especiales: la Directora del Instituto Municipal de Arte y Cultura (IMAC), Gloria Tonantzin Durán Flores, el Jefe de Acción Cívica, Juvenal Arias Pérez, y los fotógrafos participantes: Armando González, Beatriz Aragón, Alberto Gruel, Antonio Frías, Juan Pablo Valenzuela, Rafael Jiménez, Robert Pace Kidd, Samuel Caplan, Selene García y Sergio Encinas.
