**Le dijo que las comparecencias de  funcionarios del Gobierno del Estado, continuarán en un marco de respeto en la búsqueda de soluciones conjuntas

**El mandatario estatal y el presidente de la JUCOPO, también abordaron  el tema de seguridad pública

KIKO DAVALOSMexicali.-El presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política del Congreso del Estado, Roberto Dávalos Flores, dialogó con el Gobernador de Baja California, Francisco Arturo  Vega de Lamadrid, sobre temas que tienen que ver con seguridad y de las conclusiones  de la comparecencia de los titulares de las comisiones del agua en el estado ante la junta que preside el perredista.

Este encuentro se dio en el marco de una reunión que sostuvo el mandatario  estatal con  los diputados de las nueve fracciones representadas en el Congreso del Estado y en donde  ambos compartieron  su preocupación  en el tema de la seguridad   y la importancia de seguir redoblando esfuerzos  de manera conjunta con los gobiernos municipales, estatal, federal y el ejército mexicano.

Roberto Dávalos Flores, le expresó al Gobernador  de  Baja California, la importancia que  tiene el hecho de explorar en otras formas de generación de energía a fin de  que  el  traslado del agua hacia del Río Colorado hacia la Zona Costa, no tenga un costo  tan elevado y de esta manera se puedan seguir impulsando proyectos para mejorar  el abasto de  agua en la zona urbana y rural del municipio de Ensenada.

Le expresó al mandatario  que  las comparecencias de funcionarios  del Gobierno del Estado ante la JUCOPO, Junta de Coordinación Política, continuarán en la misma tónica que se dio  la comparecencia de los titulares  de las comisiones del agua en  el Estado y municipio: Con respeto, dialogo, apertura  y con la visión amplia de encontrar soluciones conjuntas en la materia.

Hizo hincapié  al Gobernador Kiko Vega en que  la seguridad pública, sigue siendo una de las demandas principales de  los ciudadanos bajacalifornianos y que por eso la comparecencia del Secretario de Seguridad Pública, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya ante el pleno del Congreso estatal, es importante  porque viene en los próximos meses  el análisis del presupuesto 2016 y es fundamental conocer el estado que guarda la secretaría de seguridad, para poder proyectar recursos  a las acciones de  seguridad que garanticen resultados.

Sobre el  tema de límites territoriales, expresó al Gobernador de Baja California, que lo  esencial es que los vecinos  asentados en  las zonas del conflicto territorial se les garantice su  certeza jurídica  y que  la voluntad de los integrantes de la Comisión de Gobernación, Legislación y Puntos Constitucionales, es dictaminar  apegados a estricto derecho con imparcialidad y con el respaldo de los diputados que integran la XXI Legislatura.

Tanto el mandatario  estatal como el  diputado presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política, acordaron  una nueva reunión, a fin de mantener el dialogo  para impulsar aquellos temas que vengan a traer un beneficio a las familias de Baja California en materia de desarrollo social y  económico, principalmente.
