MEXICALI, B.C.- Sábado 20 de junio de 2015.- El Gobierno del Estado pone a disposición de la ciudadanía el portal de empleo www.empleo.gob.mx el cual mantiene permanentemente actualizada la oferta laboral que existe en el Estado, lo que representa para los buscadores y las empresas contratantes una oportunidad única.
Estas herramientas que promueve la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), forman parte de las estrategias para disminuir el desempleo que impulsa el Gobierno que encabeza Francisco “Kiko” Vega de Lamadrid, señaló el Director del SNEBC, Juan Ramón López Naranjo.
Explicó que la plataforma tecnológica de la página permite al usuario registrar de manera sencilla el perfil en línea para ser ingresado a la base de datos de candidatos, donde es consultado y contactado por empresas, así como acceder a las ofertas de empleo y recibir información de vacantes directamente a su correo electrónico, principalmente.
“Es una herramienta totalmente gratuita que facilita el acceso a diversas oportunidades de trabajo de la localidad, estado e inclusive del país, ya que es un sistema enlazado de información nacional, dónde además las empresas pueden registrar sus vacantes, realizar búsqueda de perfiles y seleccionar candidatos”, agregó.
El Director del SNEBC, comentó también que el Portal del Empleo cuenta con la información referente a las opciones de capacitación y asesoría para el trabajo, enfocada a mejorar las aptitudes, habilidades y conocimientos de quienes aspiran a un empleo, o desean mejorar su desempeño productivo actual.
A través de www.empleo.gob.mx, también se pueden consultar las principales bolsas de trabajo en internet vinculadas con el Servicio Nacional de Empleo, como Adecco, Bumeran, El Universal, Manpower, Zona Jobs, entre otras.
Finalmente, López Naranjo, indicó que el SNEBC diversifica continuamente sus medios de atención a la ciudadanía, a fin de acercar los servicios y programas de fomento al empleo a diferentes sectores de la población, siendo sin duda el internet un medio de comunicación efectivo y de amplia oportunidad para este objetivo.
