Playas de Rosarito BC, a 16 de junio de 2015.- Con el objetivo de promover el deporte de manera incluyente para toda la población y fomentar la sana convivencia, el Instituto Municipal del Deporte de Playas de Rosarito (Imder), llevó el “Programa de Activación Física” a los estudiantes del Centro de Atención Múltiple (CAM), ubicado en la colonia Ampliación Lucio Blanco.
El encargado del despacho del instituto, Luis Alberto Esquivel García, explicó que este programa se realiza en coordinación con el Sistema Educativo Estatal (SEE) en las escuelas del municipio, especialmente en aquellas donde se encuentran niños con discapacidad, para enseñarlos a hacer ejercicio de una forma sencilla y divertida.
Señaló que el gobierno del Presidente Municipal, Silvano Abarca Macklis, ha tenido como una de sus prioridades promover el deporte y mantener activa a la población en general, por lo que Imder ha estado implementado este programa en diferentes planteles educativos de la ciudad.
“En el CAM, escuela donde son atendidos alrededor de 100 alumnos con diferente discapacidad, la participación de los niños y adolescentes fue muy entusiasta durante la activación física, la cual comenzó con una serie de ejercicios de estiramiento y calentamiento”, explicó Esquivel García.
Posteriormente, añadió, los estudiantes participaron en un partido de futbol; seguido de una competencia de velocidad; y concluyó con el juego infantil conocido como “Bebé Leche”, logrando que iniciaran su día de clases muy activos y de forma diferente.
Dijo que mediante el programa de “Activación Física”, se pretenden ayudar a los alumnos de educación básica para que se mantengan activos, realizando mínimo 15 minutos de ejercicio al día.
