C., 05 de Mayo de 2015.- La combinación de trabajo de inteligencia policial y denuncias de la comunidad permitió a la Policía Municipal detener a César Meza Soto, “El Chuco”, distribuidor de droga al menudeo en la colonia Valle Verde y con largo historial delictivo que podría incluir el reciente asesinato de una mujer.
Este individuo, de 43 años de edad, miembro de la banda de narcomenudistas “Los Chinolas”, también se hace llamar Francisco Mejía Soto y Óscar Meza Ceja, e igualmente se le conoce como “El Güero”.
La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal (SSPM) reconoce la estrecha coordinación que en este asunto mantuvo con la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), mediante el oportuno intercambio de la información de inteligencia.
Alrededor de las 20:15 horas de ayer oficiales del distrito La Presa aseguraron a Francisco en calle Trabajo, con un envoltorio de hierba seca semejante a la marihuana.
Asimismo con una carta dirigida a su hermano Raúl, a quien pide perdón por haber ultimado a la mujer de nombre Mirna.
Al parecer se trata de un hecho sucedido el 28 de Abril en la cuarta sección del fraccionamiento Villas del Sol, tras del cual la Policía Municipal aprehendió a Raúl Mejía Soto y éste dijo que el agresor era su hermano Francisco de los mismos apellidos.
La SSPM destacó también la decisiva participación de vecinos, quienes mediante llamados a los teléfonos 066 y 089 –en forma anónima− y mensajes al correo electrónico [email protected] aportaron datos para la captura de “El Chuco” o “El Güero”, quien quedó a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público encargado de la investigación.
