*La ciudadanía colaboró con información anónima

Tijuana, B.C. 29 de abril de 2015.- A escasos once días de haber capturado a Miguel Ángel Díaz Chávez 19 alias “El Maldito” el primero de los responsables de la muerte de una menor de 4 años – que el 11 de abril fue asesinada en su casa en la colonia Camino Verde- la Policía Municipal de distrito Cerro Colorado, detuvo al segundo involucrado Omar Alberto Zamora Pantoja 24 alias “El Gordo” en la madrugada del miércoles 29 de abril.
La menor Marianita, recibió herida mortal en la cabeza por arma de fuego cuando en su casa su madre y ella fueron víctimas de un ataque por parte de Díaz y de Zamora. La madre Claudia Segura Fuentes 43 quien se dedica junto con su esposo a la venta de estupefacientes al menudeo, manifestó que estos sujetos fueron quienes llegaron al domicilio, ella resultó solo con lesiones pero su pequeñita murió.
A partir de esa fecha se hizo un exhorto de “se busca” en el cual con la colaboración de la ciudadanía se logró finalmente y en muy corto plazo la captura de los dos involucrados en tan lacerante acción delictiva.
La captura de Díaz Chávez “El Maldito” se registró el 18 de abril en las calles Tampico y Jalapa de ampliación Gabriel Rodríguez a quien en ese momento se le encontró en una revisión 10 dosis de droga envueltas en plástico. La ciudadanía envió información de manera anónima para que se hicieran recorridos frecuentes preventivos por donde ambos solían estar.
La captura de Zamora Pantoja “El Gordo” se dio en circunstancias similares en las calles Nayarit y lateral con Tampico en la misma colonia, el presunto homicida de la menor arrojó un contenedor de plástico al suelo y al ser observado en el recorrido se le realizó una revisión localizándose 20 dosis empaquetadas en plástico de color negro.
Ambos homicidas son distribuidores de droga y según las entrevistas preventivas tenían ligas con un delincuente de la colonia Sánchez Taboada a quien sólo se le conoce con el apodo de “El Aquiles”.
La ciudadanía se consternó por las circunstancias de fallecimiento de Mariana y colaboró con la policía para lograr la captura de los homicidas enviando correos de denuncia sobre el posible paradero de ambos.
SSPM agradece la confianza colaboración y la información de ciudadanos que están convencidos que son parte que colabora de forma voluntaria cuando las causas de la justicia son apremiantes.
