{"id":40531,"date":"2017-03-19T21:42:31","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T04:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tijuananoticias.info\/bc\/?p=40531"},"modified":"2017-03-19T21:42:31","modified_gmt":"2017-03-20T04:42:31","slug":"obtiene-pgje-vinculacion-a-proceso-para-hombre-investigado-por-robo-de-vehiculo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tijuananoticias.info\/bc\/?p=40531","title":{"rendered":"OBTIENE PGJE VINCULACI\u00d3N A PROCESO PARA HOMBRE INVESTIGADO POR  ROBO DE VEH\u00cdCULO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33497\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33498\">TIJUANA, B.C., 19 DE MARZO DE 2017<\/span><\/b><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33499\">.- La Subprocuradur\u00eda de Justicia en Tijuana, a trav\u00e9s de la fiscal\u00eda logr\u00f3 obtener vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar para un hombre que es investigado por ser presunto responsable en el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33501\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33502\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33503\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33504\">A <b id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33505\">Joel N<\/b> se le investiga ya que agentes de la Polic\u00eda Estatal Preventiva al realizar un recorrido de vigilancia sobre la calle Coahuila y Ni\u00f1os H\u00e9roes de <\/span><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33506\">la colonia Zona Norte, tuvieron a la vista un veh\u00edculo que omiti\u00f3 el alto de disco sobre dichas calles, motivo por el cual le pidieron al conductor que detuviera la marcha de la unidad.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33508\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33509\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33510\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33511\">Al momento de que los polic\u00edas se acercaron al veh\u00edculo observaron que no ten\u00eda el est\u00e9reo y a su vez hab\u00eda cables sueltos, as\u00ed mismo que el veh\u00edculo se encontraba prendido sin contar con llave en el sistema de encendido, motivo por el cual se le solicit\u00f3 los documentos de dicho auto as\u00ed como licencia de manejo, mostrando el conductor una actitud evasiva para posteriormente manifestar que no contaba con dichos documentos.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33513\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33514\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33515\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33516\">Por este motivo los preventivos procedieron a solicitar a la central de radio que verificara la serie del veh\u00edculo Tsuru Nissan sin placas, rotulado como taxi, minutos m\u00e1s tarde la central les indic\u00f3 que el autom\u00f3vil contaba con reporte de robo del 31 de enero del 2017, raz\u00f3n por la cual se procedi\u00f3 a detener a quien dijo llamarse <b id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33517\">Joel N<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33519\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33520\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33521\"><span id=\"m_-2658661441302914026yiv6270785817yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1489801408950_33522\">En la audiencia llevada a cabo, el juez de control le estableci\u00f3 como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva, el imputado seguir\u00e1 siendo investigado por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo.
