Mexicali, Baja California, a 20 de Octubre de 2015.- El PRI y el PVEM mienten una vez más a los Bajacalifornianos y aprovechan su mayoría para bajar de la agenda legislativa el tema de la reducción del IVA en la franja fronteriza, traicionando nuevamente a los Bajacalifornianos.
Así lo dijo el Presidente del Comité Directivo Estatal del PAN, José Luis Ovando Patrón, quien señaló directamente como responsables de esta burda treta al coordinador de la fracción del PRI, Cesar Camacho Quiroz, y al dirigente nacional del mismo partido, Manlio Flavio Beltrónes Rivera, quienes no pueden ocultar con esta acción los mezquinos intereses que mueven a su grupo de legisladores.
“El día de hoy quedo muy claro quién peleó del lado de los bajacalifornianos para que se disminuyera el IVA al 11% nuevamente y a quien no le interesó y optaron por que se quedara en el 16%, y yo aquí quiero decirles que estoy muy orgulloso de mi grupo parlamentario de diputados federales que son los que encabezaron la lucha y cumplieron con su compromiso de campaña de exigirle a una mayoría Priista que rectificara la mala decisión que tomaron de homologar el IVA en la frontera”, dijo Ovando Patrón.
Asimismo, dijo que apegados a su costumbre, el PRI y el PVEM mintieron de manera descarada al filtrar desde el día de ayer, incluso antes de que se llevara a cabo la sesión de la Comisión de Hacienda, que el PAN había cedido en el tema del IVA, además de la cerrazón que han presentado como mayoría a siquiera discutir en comisiones el tema, traicionando y dándole la espalda a los Bajacalifornianos.
Cabe destacar que Ovando Patrón mencionó que el principal compromiso de los legisladores Panistas es revertir los efectos de la medida impuesta por la federación, ya que desde que esta entró en vigor, la economía de la región se ha desplomada. De igual manera, señaló a la diputada priista Nancy Sánchez Arredondo de traicionar a Baja California pues de los 15 diputados y diputadas federales de los diferentes partidos, todos votaron por bajar el IVA al 11%, excepto ella.
Finalmente, dijo que la lucha por bajar el IVA en la frontera apenas comienza, y que ante la negativa declarada de la fracción Priista y del PVEM de ni siquiera discutir el tema de la disminución del IVA en la frontera, el PAN se mantendrá firme en su empeño de darles batalla con argumentos bien fundamentados hasta hacer que entren en razón y cobren conciencia del grave daño que provocan con su cerrazón a los Mexicanos.
