Jaime Chris López Alvarado vende baratas sus ansias de alcalde

TIJUANA B.C.-Tratando de vincular su deteriorada relación con Manlio Fabio Beltrones Rivera dirigente 
del C.E.N. del PRI , tras declararse “Nuñista”, Bernardo Padilla Muñoz , usa la administración pública de Jorge Astiazaran para “gobernar” a su favor e igual el PRI municipal que dirige su suegro Tirso Adolfo Liévano Hernández para “negociar” políticamente con Chris López Alvarado .
De la entrevista entre Padilla Muñoz y Chris López, surgió el nombramiento de Héctor Villarreal Ávila de línea “Chriista” en la demarcación de San Antonio de los Buenos, un distrito que conoce Chris quien sembró fertilidad partidista y que precisa “cosecharlo políticamente” el secretario de gobierno de Tijuana Bernardo Padilla Muñoz.
Esta cita, además de reflejar desesperación proyecta otro traicionismo pues se hace a “espaldas” nuevamente de la dirigencia del partido y marca una negociación a título personalísimo del ex diputado federal Chris López a la vez con efecto de “separación” de las líneas Beltronistas, ¡ ni más, ni menos ¡
Por su parte Bernardo Padilla Muñoz, al ser descubierto como “Aurelista”–Aurelio Núñez — tras reunirse repetidas ocasiones con Diva Gastelum y ofrecerle un predio frente al mercado “Hidalgo” de Tijuana donde se instalan los Circos que llegan a la Ciudad, invoco a Chris López para que fuera “ministro plenipotenciario” ante Manlio Fabio Beltrones a quien ha “traicionado” creyente que sería Aurelio Nuño Soto el dirigente Nacional del tricolor.
Además de reunirse furtivamente con Diva Gastelum que era compañera de fórmula de Nuño Soto, Bernardo Padilla envió un Jet al D.F. para ser huésped de los “Aurelistas”, cuando el optimismo era total.
Como es su costumbre, el Secretario del XXI Ayuntamiento de Tijuana, no transparentó de donde obtuvo tantos recursos para utilizar un Jet privado, entrevistas y comidas a razón de más de 8 millones de pesos (¿?)
El currículo negro de Padilla Muñoz, engrosa en igual medida de traiciones, crasos errores y financiamientos “obscuros”, desde su despacho privado en gobierno Municipal con o sin venia del alcalde en turno, con o de “sobra” síndico Procurador, Sindico Social y cuerpo edilicio.
Además de reunirse en secreto con Chris López Alvarado, para intercambiar en especie la futura silla del alcalde para sus posaderas a cambio de su curul loca, Padilla Muñoz, tiro por debajo de su silla el orgullo y dignidad, para ir al Palacio negro del grupo “Caliente” e hincársele a su “padrino político” Jorge Hank Rhon, tras una relación cercenada desde febrero de este año que terminó con el perdón a cambio de ser líder de la creación o punta de una conspiración –a la que asistió el diputado local Rene Mendivil Acosta—contra el Beltronismo.
Y más atrás otros marcados errores de Bernardo Padilla, en contra no solo del Beltronismo , durante los 
comicios a diputados federales 2015 sino del Priismo local.
Buscó al partido Movimiento Ciudadano al inicio de las campañas políticas para confabular una estrategia en pro de Jorge Ramos Hernández, y fue rechazado, busco a Roxana Soto, para que declinara el distrito VIII y no concluyo esa cita, finalmente uso al P.T. para infiltrar a pedro Castillo Chavolla un pseudo priista por conveniencia azul o rojo o bicolor y este traicionó a la gente y al PRI en nombre de su “tutor”.
Padilla Muñoz, utilizó en sus perversos planes al delegado de La presa y “Hankista” Arturo Aguirre “El Napo”, para que omitiera recursos a lideresas del PRI y provocará la emigración del partido a favor de Jorge Ramos Hernández un “disfraz” perfecto que evitó revelar el complot.
El Distrito Priista de la presa, fue comercializado desde la triangulación PRI municipal, alcaldía y delegado.
Para no dejar un hueco, los recursos previo y durante las campañas a curules federales se “centralizaron” ninguna Delegación obtuvo durante ese tiempo recursos de competencia, se negó el apoyo moral, partidista y económico a las candidatas por el PRI Roxana Soto Agüero y Najla Whebe.
La trayectoria de Bernardo Padilla Muñoz lo “crucifica” , es una autoinmolación política de quien ha gobernado desde palacio Municipal, delegando funciones a Astiazaran Orci y rebasando su membresía partidista sobre su suegro en poder del PRI Municipal.
La “negociación” Bernardo Padilla Muñoz con Chris López Alvarado es una ambición tan delatada y tan exactamente identificada en ambos que se unen en una simbiosis perfecta.
