consejo electoralMexicali, Baja California, a 11 de Septiembre de 2015.-  El Partido Acción Nacional se mantendrá a la espera de que todos y cada uno de los integrantes del Órgano de Dirección Superior del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California se conduzcan en estricto apego a la ley y vigilen el buen cumplimiento de la misma en beneficio de los Baja Californianos.

Así lo expresó el dirigente estatal del PAN, José Luis Ovando Patrón, durante la toma de protesta de los consejeros y consejeras electorales de dicho organismo electoral.

“En representación del Partido Acción Nacional les transmito nuestro beneplácito por la  integración del Consejo General Electoral a través de un proceso transparente, que encontró sus bases en la valoración objetiva de la trayectoria y meritos profesionales de los aspirantes a conformar este órgano superior, esta designación por oposición, acorde a la nueva normatividad electoral,  impulsa decididamente la profesionalización en el ejercicio de  la función pública electoral y no hace sino fortalecer a nuestras instituciones con miras a recuperar el prestigio y la confianza ciudadana de la cual gozaron no hace mucho tiempo”, dijo Ovando Patrón.

De igual manera, se dijo convencido de que los consejeros y consejeras electorales que integran este órgano colegiado son los mejores perfiles de entre quienes contendieron por ocupar un espacio en el consejo general electoral y les recordó que deberán trabajar por devolver la confianza a la ciudadanía en las instituciones electorales.

“Creo que esta es una oportunidad de oro para devolverle dignidad a los órganos electorales de Baja California que lamentablemente están muy lastimados por el pésimo desempeño de anteriores consejos”, finalizó Ovando Patrón.

 

Cabe destacar que el Consejo Electoral quedó compuesto de la siguente manera: Javier Garay Sánchez, en calidad de Consejero Presidente, Graciela Amezola Canseco, Daniel García García, Lorenza Gabriela Soberanes Eguía, Helga Iliana Casanova López, Eréndira Bibiana Maciel López y Rodrigo Martínez Sandoval como Consejeros Electorales
