AQUILESPUEBLA PUE.-El jueves 23 de julio de los corrientes, se manifestaron en la ciudad de México 150 mil antorchistas (esta vez los medios nos ahorraron las acusaciones e injurias de costumbre, cosa que agradecemos, y se limitaron a rebajar ridículamente la cifra de los manifestantes; pero eran, repito, 150 mil personas, como seguramente saben bien las autoridades interesadas) para reiterar públicamente, una vez más, añejas demandas cuya solución se aplaza una y otra vez, a pesar de que altas instancias ejecutivas del país les han dado seguridades, incluso por escrito y debidamente firmadas, de que tales peticiones serán resueltas en plazos precisos. Se trata de cuestiones tales como apoyos a la vivienda; auxilios a campesinos pobres que todavía luchan denodadamente por cultivar sus parcelas y producir alimentos para el país y para sus familias; aplicación de la reforma educativa en varias escuelas de Michoacán, para garantizar la educación de calidad que los padres de familia exigen para sus pequeños hijos y la liberación de recursos por parte de la Secretaría de Hacienda para obras cuyos proyectos ejecutivos han sido ya aprobados por la instancia correspondiente.

Pero una de estas demandas, la más larga e inexplicablemente pospuesta con nulo respeto por el derecho y al dolor de la familia agraviada, es la que hoy quiero resaltar, sin por ello dejar de lado las otras ya mencionadas: me refiero al secuestro y asesinato de don Manuel Serrano Vallejo, padre de la diputada federal electa Maricela Serrano Hernández, que el próximo 6 de octubre cumplirá dos años de haberse perpetrado. Tal como la familia y quien esto escribe hemos venido denunciando reiteradamente, lo único cierto y creíble que hasta hoy se nos ha dicho de don Manuel es que fue asesinado por sus secuestradores; pero ni los supuestos “autores materiales” detenidos, ni las circunstancias en que se dice ocurrieron el plagio y el asesinato, ni los endebles motivos que se atribuyen a los plagiarios para tan abominable crimen, concuerdan entre sí ni resisten el más mínimo examen, ya no digamos por expertos, sino incluso por cualquier mente sana y sin ningún interés de enturbiar las aguas y encubrir a los verdaderos responsables. Y a la falta de solidez, seriedad y profesionalismo de las “investigaciones”, hay que sumar el muchísimo tiempo que la autoridad se tomó para dar a conocer la verdad a la familia, cuando sabemos bien que conocían la verdad casi desde el instante mismo en que ocurrió el asesinato; el silencio de los medios, que ignoraron el hecho desde el principio y en forma casi unánime y absoluta, como si se hubieran puesto de acuerdo entre sí; y, finalmente, el nulo interés y cero solidaridad que despertó en instancias y personalidades cuya razón de existir, dicen, es el combate al secuestro, por ejemplo, la Fiscalía Antisecuestros u organizaciones civiles como las que encabeza la señora Isabel Miranda de Wallace o el señor Alejandro Martí. Todo sugiere que hubo una poderosa y única consigna para ahogar el suceso en un profundo y espeso silencio.

Pero lo más indignante y doloroso, lo que más ha lastimado e irritado al antorchismo nacional y a la familia Serrano Hernández, es la serie de mentiras, maniobras, disculpas, falsas búsquedas donde de antemano se sabe que no se encontrará nada, etc., todo orquestado para posponer al infinito la entrega de los restos de don Manuel, restos que su viuda, sus hijos y sus compañeros exigimos, como último y único acto de justicia que es posible ya ante el hecho irreversible de su brutal sacrificio. Parece obvio que el objetivo de esta comedia de enredos, falsedades y promesas incumplidas, es  entretener y aburrir a la familia y a los compañeros de don Manuel, a la espera de que el tiempo desdibuje su recuerdo y cumpla su papel lenitivo sobre el dolor de todos nosotros por su pérdida y, como consecuencia, nos lleve a renunciar a la lucha por recuperar su cadáver o lo que quede de él. Pero implica algo más y más grave todavía: sugiere con fuerza que hay gente muy poderosa detrás de todo esto, misma que protege y encubre a los verdaderos secuestradores y asesinos; que los motivos, las circunstancias y los detenidos hasta hoy no son los que se nos ha dicho, y que los verdaderos culpables están a buen resguardo, muy lejos del alcance de la justicia que demanda la familia Serrano Hernández y el antorchismo nacional, en espera de nuevos motivos y oportunidades para repetir su hazaña cuando se haga necesario.

En México forma ya parte de la cultura, y hasta de la picaresca nacional, el tópico de que la justicia sólo se aplica a quien carece de cualquier posibilidad o recurso para defenderse con éxito o para comprar una sentencia absolutoria. Que sólo sobre este tipo de gente se cumple con creces la consabida amenaza de dejar caer “todo el peso de la ley” sobre la cabeza de quien se atreve a violarla. En cualquier otro caso, la justicia se compra y se vende al mejor postor sin recato alguno; y cuando el caso presenta pronunciados perfiles políticos, ya se puede ir despidiendo la víctima de la esperanza de que con un “buen abogado”, con un bufete jurídico “de prestigio”, o con recurso legal correctamente elaborado e interpuesto ante los tribunales en tiempo y forma, podrá lograr que se le haga justicia “pronta y expedita”. Todo será inútil: se le cerrarán todas las puertas y todos los oídos; rebotarán contra el muro de la indiferencia y del contubernio entre los poderosos todas las leyes y todos los recursos que ensaye, por oportunos, legítimos y bien fundamentados que estén. En estos casos (aunque no son los únicos) es dónde se pone en evidencia la naturaleza ficticia, el carácter de pura propaganda ideológica para encubrir o maquillar la “austera verdad”, como diría el poeta, de la tan llevada y traída división de poderes, y en particular, la falsa “independencia del poder judicial” frente al Ejecutivo.

Esto no debería sorprender a nadie; pero desgraciadamente hay mucha gente que sigue creyendo en la democracia y en los “valores” que ella engendra y tutela en teoría, como una justicia igual para todos. No debería causar sorpresa porque hoy el planeta entero sabe que México es uno de los países más desiguales del mundo en materia de reparto de la renta nacional, lo cual significa (como dicen la OCDE, la CEPAL o la OXFAM) que la riqueza se concentra, escandalosa y aceleradamente, en un grupo cada vez más pequeño de personas y familias que, por razón natural, se agrupan y organizan como clase dominante de toda la sociedad para mantener, acrecentar y defender su fortuna. Y para conseguir esto, no hay camino más seguro y eficaz que controlar el poder político de la nación, que “secuestrar” (OXFAM) y manipular la democracia, el gobierno y toda la política en provecho propio. Por tanto, concluyo yo, es inevitable que en tales condiciones, la división de poderes, la independencia de los tres poderes entre sí, se torne en una pura ficción, en un puro discurso demagógico e ideologizante para consumo de las masas pobres e ignorantes. Habrá formalmente tres poderes, cada uno con su estructura, con funciones bien definidas, con sus titulares y cuerpo de funcionarios; pero detrás de ellos, en la sombra y a veces no tanto, hay un solo poder verdadero, una única casta poderosa que es la que realmente manda y toma las decisiones importantes para la vida nacional. Es decir, como ocurre con la Santísima Trinidad (dicho sea con todo respeto), habrá tres personas, tres poderes distintos, pero un solo poder verdadero: el que ejercen de facto los dueños de la riqueza nacional. Así se explica que, en casos de cierto impacto político como el secuestro y asesinato de don Manuel Serrano Vallejo, demandar justicia al poder judicial olvidándose de los demás, sea lo mismo que clamar en el desierto o que quejarse con Poncio por los crímenes de Pilatos. ¿Qué hacer, entonces? Seguir luchando sin descanso, sin desmayos de ninguna clase, porque como dijo Trotski alguna vez, ya no importa tanto ganar justicia para la gente, sino ganar a la gente para una lucha, larga y difícil pero segura, en favor de una verdadera justicia para todos.
