*Vecinos de la colonia Salvatierra los denunciaron mediante un video difundido por redes sociales
CASO RESUELTO
Tijuana, B. C., 29 de Junio de 2015.- Dos presuntos responsables de maltrato a animales, denunciados por vecinos de la colonia Salvatierra mediante un video que se difundió por redes sociales, fueron asegurados ayer por el Grupo de Operaciones Estratégicas, de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal (SSPM).
Se trata de Mauro Arrillaga Mayahua y Juan Antonio Robledo Magallanes, de 25 y 56 años de edad, respectivamente.
Al ser presentado ante el juez municipal Mauro manifestó que anteriormente sacrificaron a dos perros y los enterraron en el mismo predio.
Tanto él como su cómplice están a disposición de las autoridades del fuero común, por probables delitos contra la salud.
Cabe mencionar que cada uno de ellos ocultaba entre sus ropas un envoltorio con hierba seca semejante a la marihuana.
La detención se llevó a cabo en calles Padre Salvatierra y Santa Rosalía de Mulegé, colonia Salvatierra.
Durante la intervención policiaca, vecinos señalaron que ambos sujetos como culpables de constante maltrato a unos perros en un predio cercano, y dijeron que harían la denuncia correspondiente ante las autoridades investigadoras.
El can fue rescatado por miembros de una asociación civil protectora de animales, lo llevaron a sus instalaciones para ofrecerles todos los cuidados necesarios.
